I asked that you have 1 - 3 visits with me.

 1. The First meeting

 I ask to meet in a public place at a cafe or coffee shop type place. During that first visit, it is a time to get to know each other , ask questions, and  for me to listen to what you want your dream birth to be. You will recieve the Black Stork Doula Service folder with different techiques, positions and guides to look over and have during your labor and birth. 

 2. Visit 

Your partner does not always have to be present at all of the meetings, but at least for  one of the meetings. 

This second visit, I will asked to have a copy of your birth plan. Your birth partner is important, because I want to know what  the two of you want to seen done by me in the labor room.

My goals in the meetings is to get to know you ,to talk about your birth, and all the things you wish to have done,  so that you can experience your dream  birth.  

I want to know about your fears and concerns.

Not all births go excately has planned, but as your Doula, I want you to feel as confident and at peace during your labor and birth.

* I will meet how many times you need in order for you  to feel comfortable and prepared as much as possible.
